The fifth  “Toy Tops” released on 13^th February.
As for the release of the “Toy Tops” in this time the message of children from Niijima-island has been attached. 
The buoy that released at the same time as the “Toy Top” is an old model without solar power and the name is LEO. This buoy has been released on the third Tops release then landed at Ishigaki-island on last November.
